Job Responsibilities:
1.Make a bill of lading for sea export freight forwarding in accordance with the standard process of sea export documents, review the documents from the receipt of the plan sheet, check the bill with customers and answer questions related to the documents, and send the supplementary materials to the booking agent after confirming the final bill of lading, so as to complete the replenishment work;
2.Track the dynamics of the shipping schedule, and feedback to the customer, and send the bill of lading after confirming the opening of the ship;
3.Follow up and deal with receivables and payables, complete T+3 closing, and issue bills receivable to customers;
4.Follow up the HBL release matters and track the status of the destination port services including customs clearance and delivery;
5.Follow up and deal with the order modification and other bills of lading related abnormalities;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, CET4 or above, good English writing and reading is preferred;
2.Proficient in the operation of Office software, master the use of various office automation equipment;
3.Have good communication skills, work proactively, and have a sense of service;
4.Those who have an understanding or strong interest in the international logistics industry are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the one-stop operation of export logistics business orders.
2.Make sea/air waybills and other related documents.

Qualifications
1.More than 2 years of work experience in shipping operation, with documentation, freight forwarding, transportation and certain knowledge of import and export trade.
